Sunrise Beach, TX 78643 634 Circle Drive

This lot 1/3 acre lot with something they call a fill area which extends down to an area where water runs into the channel giving it a 1/2 acre size lot to enjoy. On the other side of the street is the small airport. There is a significant drop off to the lake channel giving you assurance of not being flooded which happened in the 1930's, 1997 and 2018.
